Applications

Easter Venture participants are required to hike in a team of 4 to 6 people. Teams can be a made up of a mix of males and females from any of the three eligible groups; Venturers, Guides or Duke of Edinburgh Awards participants(D.O.E.'s). All hikers must be aged over 14, but not have had their 18th birthday, on or before March 28th, 2005.

Each member of each team must fully complete and submit an application form, which must be received with full payment by Friday 18th of March 2005. The cost of Easter Venture is $40.00 for each entrant.

Now, you may be thinking that forty bucks is a little on the expensive side, but really it's not. The payment covers the costs of the hire of bikes, kayaks, camping and even a meal at the final night spot; so it's really a bargain! Where else can you have a long weekend where you have fun & entertainment provided by volunteers, get outside with friends and get involved for such a low low price?? You can't! Unless you are at Easter Venture 2005 that is!
